If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned to us for a full refund, less shipping and processing charges, within 30 days of the date of order, provided the item is more than 3/4 full. You must notify us first by email on firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). However, as our return rate is so low and customer satisfaction is so high, please notify us if you are having a problem and we may be able to provide advice on how best to use the item(s) in question.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via courier or registered mail and to keep the mailing receipt. PuraLife is not liable for packages lost during shipping. Please make sure it is packaged well so as not to damage the products.
